Taking place within the UK Pavilion and Exhibition space, the Early Career Immersion Days are designed to inspire the next generation of Young Water Professionals by giving them the opportunity to step into the global water arena. These will take place on Tuesday 6 October and Wednesday 7 October and will allow participants to:
🌏 Connect with exhibitors and professionals from across the world
💻 Explore cutting-edge technologies and solutions
💧 Investigate real-world water challenges
💬 Build confidence through networking and conversation
How will it work?
Chose a theme such as climate resilience, circular economy, or water and health
Explore the exhibition by speaking to different organisations and country pavilions
Ask questions and gather insights on challenges and solutions
Identify a real-world problem and propose an innovative strategy for improvement
Create and submit your own idea for the Young Innovator Award
Terms of Engagement
Designed for apprentices and early career professionals aged 16+
Participants must be enrolled on a Level 3 or higher qualification (Such as Level 3 Water Sector Apprenticeships, Industrial Placement Students, Degree Apprentices etc.).
Participants must be undertaking a qualification or apprenticeship with strong links to the water sector
Early Career Professionals must be formally registered through their employing organisation
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a designated mentor
Employers confirm eligibility and provide required support
Participants are expected to attend the full day
Attendance is free, but travel, accommodation and expenses are covered by the employer
